How many guests can the party bus accommodate?

Our luxury coach is designed for comfort and a premium social experience. Is there a minimum rental period?

However, requirements can vary based on the day of the week and the season. Are pets allowed on the bus?

We understand that pets are part of the family. In compliance with federal law, fully-trained service animals are always welcome on board. For other pets or emotional support animals, we ask that you please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs. Our priority is the safety and comfort of all passengers and the cleanliness of our luxury vehicle for every client.

Can we bring our own music and decorations?

Absolutely! It’s your party, and we want you to set the perfect vibe. Our premium sound system is equipped with Bluetooth and auxiliary connections, so you can easily be the DJ for your event. We also welcome decorations for special occasions like weddings or birthdays. We just ask that you discuss your decoration plans with us beforehand and use materials that won’t cause permanent damage to the bus interiors, such as glitter, confetti, or strong adhesives.

Booking & Payment

How do I reserve my date?

Booking your luxury experience is simple. The first step is to visit our Contact Us page and fill out the inquiry form with your event details. You can also call us directly. Once we confirm availability for your date, we will send you a quote and a service agreement. To officially reserve the bus and driver for your event, a deposit is required. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date. Our process is designed to be seamless and stress-free.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and select mobile payment applications. We will provide all necessary details for payment when you receive your quote and service agreement.

Can I split the payment with my friends?

Yes, we understand that group outings often involve shared costs. We are happy to help coordinate split payments among your group. Please let us know during the booking process that you wish to do this, and we will work with you to make the process as easy as possible for everyone involved.

Is gratuity for the driver required?

While gratuity is not automatically included or required in the standard booking fee, it is a wonderful way to show appreciation for excellent service. What is your alcohol policy?

One of the biggest benefits of our service is providing safe transportation while you celebrate. We operate on a “Bring Your Own Beverage” (BYOB) basis. Guests who are 21 years of age or older are welcome to bring and responsibly consume alcohol on board. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. For the safety of everyone, our driver reserves the right to end the trip if any passenger becomes overly intoxicated or disorderly.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, unequivocally. Your safety is our absolute highest priority. Limo Lux Coaches is fully licensed and insured as a commercial transportation provider in the state of Wisconsin. Every driver we employ holds the appropriate commercial driver’s license (CDL), has passed a thorough background check, and has an impeccable driving record. What if the bus gets excessively dirty or damaged?
